The Leadership Team – Experts Forged by Experience!
General Manager
A plumber by trade, Nathan began his career in the civil industry starting his own business at the age of 25 and spent 20 years growing his own crew and fleet of machinery. That was before the business hit a roadblock and he decided to venture after other avenues of work. Utilizing his experience with levels, he began selling laser levels before stumbling across a Level Best video displayed in a training session. Discovering a new world, he leveraged off the opportunity and ordered our first container load from ATI Corp in 2008, becoming the first in possession of a laser grading attachment of its type in Australia.
Being that Australia was not familiar with such a machine, getting the concept out there was hard slogging but his constant endeavors prevailed, and hundreds of Level Best machines have since filtered out across the nation.
Along with battling prostate cancer, alcoholism, diabetes and raising a family of 6 children, the success of Level Best in Australia is a commendation of his tough determination, knowledge and experience.

Support Manager
Eager to get his hands dirty, Brad went from Tonka’s to big-boy’s-toys when he had his first opportunity to experience operating a Level Best Box Blade at the age of 14. After completing school, he entered the family business where he quickly got his backside back in the operator’s seat again doing house cuts and shed pads for local builders. After only a few years though, he spread his wings and went about gaining hands-on experience in various outlets of the industry, including operator on a construction site, often in 30t excavators and 40t dumpers, then got a ‘taste’ of plumbing doing sewage and stormwater pump repair before leading a team in constructing large commercial retaining walls.
Leaning on this experience, he has come back to push the boundaries and has his sights set on taking Level Best to new heights.
